Timing is built around dependencies rather than a sales estimate:

For commercial captive-bird imports into Great Britain, current government guidance includes a minimum 30-day approved post-entry quarantine. Ireland follows a different intra-EU process. Ask for the correct jurisdiction-specific plan before committing to a date.
Authority decisions, required tests, quarantine and carrier controls cannot be bypassed. Do not pay for a fixed arrival date before the route and required documents are confirmed.
